By accessing or using GeekMode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Description of Service

GeekMode provides event monitoring tools and services for Ticketmaster events. Our platform allows you to:

• Monitor event availability and ticket sales
• Receive notifications about presales and onsales
• Manage Ticketmaster accounts and payment cards
• Access licensed software and browser extensions
• Use our API for programmatic access

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

• Monthly and annual subscription options available
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds subject to our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee)

Licensed Software

• One-time payment for licensed products
• License keys are non-transferable
• Limited to specified number of devices/IPs
• Manual payment verification may take up to 24 hours

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards (via Stripe) and manual payments (Zelle, ACH, Wire Transfer) for high-value products. All payments are processed securely.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials or license keys
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
• Use the service for unauthorized or illegal ticket purchases
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Use automated systems to overwhelm Ticketmaster's systems
• Resell access to our services without authorization

License Keys and Software

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our licensed software subject to these terms and your license key restrictions.

License Restrictions

• Each license is tied to specific number of devices and IP addresses
• Sharing license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses for violations
• No refunds for revoked licenses due to Terms violations

Updates and Support

Valid license holders receive software updates and technical support. Updates require an active, non-expired license.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, and all content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TICKETMASTER'S AVAILABILITY OR CHANGES TO THEIR SYSTEMS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEEKMODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abuse of the platform or services
• Extended period of inactivity

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
